Skyco Machine is a machine shop situated in Edmonton with over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing of oil and gas parts. Utilizing over 20 CNC lathes, 3 CNC mills, an industrial laser engraver, and FARO arm for Quality Control, we are confident in providing high quality manufactured parts at competitive pricing to meet customer demands. Having a high capacity and large facility, we strive to provide parts in a timely manner complete with document and data control. Identification and traceability can be achieved through either pin stamping or laser engraving on each individual part. All parts are inspected to meet and exceed your acceptance criteria. We specialize in manufacturing a variety of downhole and hydraulic fracking parts. Our machines have an OD capacity of 9 inches and turning length capacity of 60 inches. Skyco Machine follows an established standard operating procedure and inspection process.
